Shipping Method: We use airfreight for orders to local US locations, followed by a local delivery service.

Shipping Cost: There are no extra shipping charges for our customers.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days. We provide scheduled delivery times that suit your convenience. During delivery, our team will set up and demonstrate your products at home, which generally takes about 30 minutes depending on the complexity of your order and demonstration requirements.

Delivery Service Details: Please be aware that we solely use a designated courier service for deliveries through this shopping platform. We do not accept delivery requests from other companies and do not handle international shipments. Once items have been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

If your order has not yet shipped within one hour of placement, you can contact customer service to request cancellation.

Cancellations are not possible after shipment.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak order periods, temporary stock shortages, or around consecutive holidays. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, items will be returned to us.
