Returns and Exchanges Policy

If there are quality issues with the product.

If the item was damaged during shipping.

The following conditions are not eligible for a no-reason return within 14 days:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Products that have been used (electronics are considered used once they've been powered on).

Items showing wear on the product, functional parts, or accessories.

If the outer packaging is missing or severely damaged (except normal unpacking) affecting resale, it does not qualify for a no-reason return within 14 days.

Other non-returnable items, confirmed as such at the time of purchase based on their nature.

Any other condition where the item is not in good condition and affects resale.

How to request a return:

For returns and exchanges due to quality issues: Within 14 days of receiving your order, email service@mail.dudulion.com. Our customer service team will handle your request in 1-3 business days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

To return an item: Contact the courier company directly within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the courier has collected the item, they will notify us about the refund details. We will process your refund within 15 business days. Please make sure to provide your order number, name, phone number, and contact our 24-hour online customer service.
